Who Is Messaging You?
You are receiving messages from the Proxis communication platform on behalf of the home-service business you contacted. Proxis provides the technology that allows these businesses to communicate with you by phone and SMS. Messages are sent only after you initiate contact. We do not start conversations.
How You Provide Consent (Opt-In)
By calling, texting, or submitting a form to a phone number powered by Proxis, you give express consent to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry or service request.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Why Are You Receiving Messages?
Messages are transactional and directly related to a service request or inquiry you made. These may include:
- Appointment confirmations
- Scheduling updates
- Service reminders

- Questions needed to complete your request
- Logistical coordination
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the service business. For example, you may receive messages to coordinate an appointment and a reminder before the appointment date.
You will not receive recurring or ongoing marketing messages.
No Marketing or Spam
Proxis does not send marketing or promotional texts.
No marketing campaigns, no bulk messages, no automated promotional outreach.
Requesting service does not subscribe you to any marketing list.
Content Responsibility
Messages are written by and originate from the individual service business you reached out to. Proxis provides only the communication channel; the business controls the content.
How to Control Messages (STOP & HELP)
You may opt out at any time:
- Reply STOP to immediately stop receiving SMS messages.
- Reply HELP for information or support.
