These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Proxis services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Proxis provides an AI-powered business orchestration platform. Our services include:

  • Automated call answering, routing, and voice intelligence
  • Lead capture, qualification, and CRM management
  • Appointment scheduling and team dispatch
  • Payment processing and checkout link delivery
  • Cross-app orchestration across integrated business tools
  • Integration with third-party platforms (including Meta/Facebook Lead Ads, Twilio, Stripe, and others)

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to bind your organization

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit spam, phishing, or fraudulent communications
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Collect data without proper consent
  • Violate any third-party rights

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that:

  • We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Call recordings may be stored for service improvement and compliance
  • You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your customers

5. Third-Party Integrations

Our services integrate with third-party platforms including Meta/Facebook, Twilio, Stripe, and others. When using these integrations:

  • You must comply with the third party's terms of service
  • We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes
  • Data shared with third parties is subject to their privacy policies

6. Payment and Billing

For paid services:

  • Fees are as quoted at time of purchase
  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

  • Scheduled maintenance downtime
  • Service interruptions beyond our control
  • Third-party service outages

8. Intellectual Property

All Proxis technology, branding, and content remain our property. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our services without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proxis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Proxis harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for Terms violations. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
