- Phone calls handled by our AI orchestration system
- Lead forms submitted via Facebook/Meta Lead Ads
- Direct interactions with our platform or team
- Any other interactions with our services
What Data We Delete
Upon a valid deletion request, we will delete:
- Your contact information (name, phone, email)
- Call recordings and transcripts
- Lead form submissions and qualification data
- Appointment and scheduling records
- Any other personally identifiable information
Submit a Deletion Request
To request deletion of your data, email us with:
- Your full name
- Phone number or email associated with your data
- Description of data you want deleted
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.
Request Data DeletionConfirmation
Once your data has been deleted, we will send you a confirmation email. Please note that some data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or legal compliance).
